The ‘Memento Mori’ installation is made up of different blown glass skulls. Memento Mori varies according to the different exhibition venues: I give myself the freedom to arrange the pieces as I see fit.
This work was created during the war in Yugoslavia, when the mass graves were discovered. In my imagination, all those skulls seen from afar looked strangely like a field of flowers.
